Process preparation before using the machine
1.The first step is to check the appearance of the machine. Put the machine on the ground and check whether the buttons can be pressed to rotate the goods, whether the grinding disc can be rotated; whether the grinding disc can be installed on the chassis;
2.The second step, check the input voltage system. Drop the power cord into the plug, pay attention to distinguish between 380V or 220V, whether it is single-phase or three-phase. Pay attention to the connection of live and ground wires to prevent phase loss or under voltage;
3.The third step is to check the power-on response. See if the indicator light on the electrical box of the machine is on; release the emergency stop button, turn on the start button and turn the speed knob to see if the machine can run idly, and the panel displays whether the voltage and current are normal;
4.The fourth step is to check the preliminary operation of the machine. The machine started to be used formally. In 20 minutes, pay attention to whether the machine is extremely hot, has abnormal noises, move or not;
